art deco design romantic design breakfast options pool charge uninspired menu uncomfortable chairs
the art deco design felt so romantic. it was like stepping back in time. the breakfast offered many fresh options. janine in the restaurant provided excellent attention, a kind soul.
the pool use came with an extra charge. i found this surprising, especially for a hotel of this caliber. the menu seemed uninspired.

delicious choices fresh choices cleaning service small room
the location was just perfect i could walk everywhere i wanted it was great the breakfast was an absolute highlight too it had so many delicious and fresh choices i was blown away
my room was pretty small i booked a loft room and it felt a bit cramped the cleaning service wasn't amazing they threw my pjs in a pile that was a little odd

The gym included modern equipment such as treadmills and elliptical machines. I also found complimentary toiletries and plush bathrobes available in my room.
The elevator system required some time to understand initially.

the room was comfortable enough.

The hotel provides complimentary access to a well equipped gym. The breakfast included various fresh options. The hotel's location offers easy access to key attractions. Staff were very helpful and attentive to guests.
The stairs at the front entrance made carrying luggage challenging. More proactive assistance with luggage would be beneficial. Clear guidance could improve the arrival experience.

The hotel is located near a tram stop which is directly outside the hotel. I found this location convenient for getting to various destinations around the area. The Royal Palace is situated very close by.

totally blown away by this hotel
delicious options interior design
I loved the amazing breakfast choices. The gluten-free options were the best i have ever had. the interior design was so beautiful, it was like i was in a movie. janine gave us excellent attention in the restaurant, and she made our mornings so much better.
The air conditioning could not be lowered by more than 3 degrees celsius. One night i was very hot, and lowering it only 3 degrees was not enough. the rooms are also small, and that was a little inconvenient for storing my luggage.

the hotel offers a gym with modern equipment and a variety of exercise options wanting to maintain their fitness. the indoor pool is a highlight, offering a relaxing area with comfortable loungers and a shaded section. a cinema provides entertainment during your stay.

the staff is very helpful and friendly and are always ready to assist with requests. room service is available though it stops at 10 pm so plan accordingly. the hotel can arrange transport and provide directions to nearby attractions.
